The International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) was founded in 1966 by General Choi Hong Hi.

The Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation (CTFI) is the official National governing body of the ITF.

The Saskatchewan Taekwon-Do Federation (STFI) is a non-profit organization, affiliated with the ITF. Founded in 1984 by Grandmaster Clint Norman, STFI clubs have developed over a hundred National Champions and many world class athletes.

Regina South Zone Taekwon-Do Club (RSZTKD) was one of the first of many clubs developed within the STFI. At RSZTKD we help to develop athletic and mental skills through a comprehensive program of patterns, sparring and physical exercises. Our Club has classes available for all age ranges and levels, from White Belt through the many Degrees of Black Belt.

Under Grandmaster Clint Norman’s supervision RSZTKD has developed a reputation both nationally and internationally for producing some of the best Taekwon-Do students in the world.

At RSZTKD we promote a fun, family friendly atmosphere for training and exercise and we encourage all students to test and advance at their own rate. With time, determination, practice and fortitude you will be able to advance up through the ranks of Taekwon-Do.
